Stanton Warriors has definitely made some more garage sounding tunes.

And yeah, I don't know where I was. Keep in mind though that in the UK (I'm assuming you're from the UK) garage was immensely more popular than in other parts of the world.
So just because this tune might have had tons of radio and club play over there doesn't mean it got huge everywhere else!
