Yeah it can really vary. Some weeks I need a breather so it goes well below that. Other weeks I get sucked into the zone and pretty much do nothing else.

Around 40-60 hours a week.. :-/ + I have a full-time job. My girlfriend has a lot of patience.....

Totally in agreement with this, need at least 7 hours sleep a night to function at all, let alone have the mental capacity to write tracks!
