Nice to see Increasing numbers are clicking through to IA from the FG forum these days, so I've got some exclusive goodies for you

First up is a competition to win a half hour slot on our podcast, you will join the likes of Phon.o, Grievous Angel, HxdB, Last Japan, Flore and Mak & Pasteman. All genres accepted and we welcome and encourage getting creative and doing something a bit different.

To enter simply show us what you can do in a 10 minute mix, send over in mp3 format to [email protected] with 'Podcast Comp' in the email title.

The deadline is the end of April and the winner will be notified by the 5 May at the latest, we will then request the half hour mix by a mutually arranged date and upload to the podcast along with a feature about yourself on the site.

Next up, we are starting a new feature called 'Reader Top 5' where we hand over our 'Soundcloud Favourites' post to you. If your a regular visitor or even just stop by every now and again we will be happy to post up your 5 favourite tracks (as long as they're on Soundcloud) for everyone to enjoy

For this all you need to do is let us know your 5 tracks, email the Soundcloud links over and leave the rest to us. Feel free to include your own tracks and please include a couple of lines about yourself and optianally what you like about each track.

Looking forward to hopefully hearing from some of you shortly...

Can't thanks you all enough for sending your mixes through from this comp, was a pleasure listening to them all.

The winning mix was one that set the atmosphere right from the beginning, deep moody and atmospheric. Building up from slower leftfield sort of stuff picking up the pace throughout the mix with experimental weirdness and something that lies in between house, garage and techno.

Congratulations to - Lye Form from London. Will be getting in touch and we can sort out your podcast mix.
