nice one, i like the original too!

that rhodes or whatever sample the track starts with is rather noisy, maybe its just a some vst fx, but it sounds low-res

It is intentional, it's Logic's Bitcrusher distortion. Gives it that 90s 'dubby' sound.

Hm I listened to and commented on this track already in some other thread..
The distortion is too blanket, and the tune rotates too much around this single chord theme - needs variation and interacting instruments.

Do not start a new thread with the same tune, just because u didnt got feedbacks. We gonna delete em, so its kinda pointless.

And please do not bump it too often, cuz its annoying.

Thanks!

If I knew how to delete the original post, I would. So there would only be on thread. But I don't, tell me how and I will do it, it's that simple.

Overall spectacular track. Incredible job on the drum sequencing and even more so on it's mix down. The melody is great as well but I think you're using too much distortion on them. I understand you are aiming for a vintage sound, but at the degree you are applying, it's giving off an adverse effect. Furthermore, it makes the song sound like it was poorly mastered. I would tone down the distortion greatly.

Thanks for all the feedback, everyone. Oh and I have no idea on how to 'bump' a track/thread or whatever. As you should of gathered by now, I'm new to forums, very new indeed. I've never actually been apart of a forum up until about a month ago, and I only come on here about once a week. Shed any light on the matter?

Well, you just post the word "bump" or if u wanna be more creative (and less annoying) u can ask the users again for feedback :)
